Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Tuna Salad

4 cups Green
100 grams Yellowfin Tuna Steaks
0.15 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
0.2 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
2 tbsp Newman's Own Lighten Up Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 serving Classic Caesar Croutons

Recipe Directions for Grilled Tuna Salad

Heat grill over medium high heat. Spray both sides of tuna steak with non-stick cooking spray. Place tuna steak on hot grill and cook on each side for 3 minutes (or until desired). Refrigerate to use the next day or allow to cool down before slicing and tossing into salad. Sprinkle salad with cranberries and blue cheese. Drizzle salad dressing and toss salad well. Serve.
