Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Tomato

1 large tomato, cut in half
1 slice low-fat cheese
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch dried onion

Recipe Directions for Grilled Tomato

  1. Clean tomato and cut in half

  2. Sprinkle with seasonings and top with cheese.

  3. Either grill until cheese melts and is slightly browned or microwave ~2-3 minutes, until cheese melts.

  4. Enjoy
