Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Tomato & Onion

1 medium tomato
1 small onion
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh basil
1 dash sea salt
1 dash ground pepper
1/2 tablespoon shredded cheese
1/2 tablespoon butter

Recipe Directions for Grilled Tomato & Onion

I grill on tin foil. Small amount of oil on tin foil to prevent sticking. Slice tomato and onion. Drizzle tomato with oil and small pieces of butter on onion slices. Salt, pepper, basil. Sprinkle tomato with small amount of shredded cheese. Grill till warm. Serve immediately.
