1 oz whole wheat bread
1/5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 medium tomato, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp basil leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup broccoli, chopped

  1. put everything on the bread and cook like grilled cheese

  2. note: i use two slices of healthy life whole wheat bread (35 cal a slice), but it doesnt calculate brands, so i put down 1 oz to equal the calories of two slices of that kind
