Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Tilapia with Veggies and Rice

8 4/5 oz Yellow Squash
5 3/5 oz Zuccini
6 3/5 oz Yellow Bell Pepper
7 1/2 oz Broccoli
4 1/10 oz Carrot
2/5 oz Cilantro
8 2/5 oz Yellow Onion
1 oz Garlic
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 pinch Black Pepper
1 cup Cooked White Rice
16 oz Cooked Black Beans
12 oz Tilapia

Recipe Directions for Grilled Tilapia with Veggies and Rice

  1. Add Olive Oil garlic to sautee pan

  2. Begin to lightly brown garlic

  3. Add onions

  4. Once Onions start to go clear add all veggies except corn

  5. Once veggies have started to wilt add can of black beans

  6. Once all ingredients are hot add corn
