Grilled tilapia marinated in asian sauce, served with steamed broccoli/carrots and cilantro-lime rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Tilapia w/ Rice & Veggies

14 oz tilapia
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp safflower oil
1 cup chopped steamed broccoli
1 cup chopped steamed carrots
1/2 cup cooked white rice
2 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
1 tsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Grilled Tilapia w/ Rice & Veggies

Mix sesame oil, soy sauce and honey in shallow dish. Place tilapia in mixture and coat both sides with marinade, and let stand in fridge for 30 min to an hour. Once the time has elapsed, place the fish in foil and fold the sides to form a pouch. Grill 3 minutes, then flip the packet and repeat. Fish will flake with a fork when cooked. Serve with steamed broccoli/carrots and cooked cilantro-lime rice.
