3 oz lemon juice
5 tsp light butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dill

Recipe Directions for Grilled Tilapia

  1. Defrost tilapia in microwave for 2 minutes

  2. Add lemon juice, melted butter, and spices

  3. Grill, steam, or broil for 30-45 minutes or until tilapia turns a golden brown
