This is a ridiculously easy (and delicious!) recipe for a quick and healthy dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

18 ounces tilapia fillet
1 mango
1 jalapeno pepper
1/4 red onion
1/2 red pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lime juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

  1. Dice mango, red pepper, onion and jalapeno then combine.

  2. Mix in lime juice.

  3. Salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Put olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a zip up freezer bag and shake to mix.

  5. Put fish in the bag and make sure they are coated with the mixture thoroughly.

  6. Throw on the grill for about 10 minutes.

  7. Put salsa on top.

  8. Enjoy.
