Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Stuffed Jalapenos

224 g jalapenos
6 serving (Meijer Select) Dried Black Beans
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
6 serving (Kraft) Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, Finely Shredded

Recipe Directions for Grilled Stuffed Jalapenos

  1. In mixing bowl combine all ingredients.

  2. Make lengthwise slit down pepper, carefully remove seeds and ribs.

  3. Stuff with mix.

  4. Cook with indirect heat. Grill on aluminum foil, on medium high heat or broil in oven. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes watching for peppers to soften and cheese to melt.
