Steamed Veggies made on the grill!

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled/Steamed Veggies

1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 clove Garlic
1 oz Oregano
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup, chopped Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Grilled/Steamed Veggies

Chop everything up, add a little more or a little less to your liking. You can also throw in a beef or chicken bullion cube for some more flavor. I wrap everything up together tightly in a couple sheets of tin foil and grill on each side for 20-30 minutes (per side) on the top rack of the grill. Tasty and healthy!
