Use leftover grilled steak for a quick, easy and filling quesadilla

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Steak Quesadilla

2 flour tortillas
3 oz. sirloin
1 oz. chedder cheese
1 spray Pam

Recipe Directions for Grilled Steak Quesadilla

  1. Cut steak into thin strips (cut into smaller pieces if desired). Saute in a dry pan with your choice of taco seasonings (may add a little water to help absord the seasoning if steak is dry).

  2. Heat large skillet that has been sprayed with Pam. Place one tortilla in skillet and place 1/2 of cheese on tortilla. Heat until cheese starts to soften. Put steak, the remainder of the cheese and second tortilla on top. With a large spatula flip carefully. Brown other tortilla, cut into quarters and enjoy.

  3. Great plain, with guacamole, sour cream or salsa.
