Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Steak with Kiwi, Corn & Chili Salsa GI Jane

4 oz beef steak
2 oz sweetcorn
1 kiwi, peeled and diced
1/2 tomato, deseeded and diced
1 red chili pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon (freshly chopped) coriander, or flat leaf parsley
4 oz (jacket) potato
3 oz romaine lettuce, chopped

Recipe Directions for Grilled Steak with Kiwi, Corn & Chili Salsa GI Jane

  1. Bake the potato for about 50 minutes until tender

  2. Season the steak with milled pepper and reserve

  3. Place the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine

  4. Grill the steak to taste and serve with the jacket potato, salsa and some salad leaves
