300 grams Vidalia Onion
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia)(164 g) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 cup slices Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia)(164 g) Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Grilled Squash & onions and peppers

Slice squash and onion, and cut peppers into strips, coat in olive oil in a large foil pan. cover with tin foil and place in preheated oven to 425 degrees cook covered for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for 30 minutes and turn on broil for the last 10 minutes
