Recipe Ingredients for Grilled shrimp and scallops

2 lbs. shrimp, large
2 lbs. bay scallops
3/4 cup vegetable broth
2 tbsp vinegar, rice wine
2 tbsp garlic cloves, diced
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp dill
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Grilled shrimp and scallops

  1. Combine all ingredients, aside from shrimp and scallops in a large container.

  2. Marinade shrimp and scallops for at least 1/2 hour.

  3. Skewer shrimp for easier cooking.

  4. Fire the grill -- Med high works best.

  5. Place scallops in an oven pan.

  6. Cook through thoroughly.
