Adapted from GlucoMenuŽ. Marinated in a quick tomato sauce. 1 lb. raw large shrimp or prawns garlic cloves tomato sauce black pepper cayenne pepper red wine vinegar canola oil cvt

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Shrimp

12 ounces moist cooked shrimp, net from 1 lb. raw large shrimp or prawns

Recipe Directions for Grilled Shrimp

  1. Mix canola oil, tomato sauce, red wine vinegar, garlic and seasonings in a bowl.

  2. Add shrimp and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Place shrimp on BBQ skewers.

  3. Place on grill. Heat until shrimp is pink or thoroughly cooked.

  4. Log one serving of shrimp with one serving of Grilled Shrimp Marinade.
