Simple and fast, these delicious grilled shrimp skewers have an Asian flare and make the perfect appetizer for a cocktail party or get together with friends. Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Shrimp

16 shrimp, raw
1 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
1 teaspoon (2 g) grated fresh ginger

Recipe Directions for Grilled Shrimp

Wash the shrimp, shell, and devein, leaving the tails intact. Thread one shrimp lengthwise on each skewer. Put on a plate and sprinkle with lime juice, fish sauce, coriander, and ginger. Let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and then grill for 30 seconds on each side. Squeeze a little lime juice over them and serve warm.
