Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Salmon Steaks with a Mustard Dill Sauce

2 tbsp. white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar or splenda
1 tbsp. dill weed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper (optional)
12 oz Salmon steaks
3 tbsp. fat free mayonnaise
3 tbsp. dijon mustard
3 tbsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. sugar or splenda
4 tsp. white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)

Recipe Directions for Grilled Salmon Steaks with a Mustard Dill Sauce

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first five ingredients. Add salmon; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally. In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients; cover and refrigerate.

  2. Drain salmon, discarding marinade. Grill salmon, covered, over medium-hot heat for 5 minutes. Turn, grill 7-9 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with the mustard dill sauce.
