A simple salmon dish everyone will enjoy and healthy, too!

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Salmon

12 ounces salmon
1 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp dill
1/4 tsp basil
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Grilled Salmon

  1. Place salmon on aluminum foil (pie plate).

  2. Coat with olive oil, on both sides.

  3. Sprinkle with other ingredients, on both sides.

  4. Cover with foil and place on hot grill.

  5. Sear on both sides until done; about 7 minutes on each side.

  6. Note: Can also be cooked in a skillet (cast iron my preference) on the stove top. Turns out wonderful!
