0.25 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 1tsp Oil, Sesame
4 clove Garlic
6 fillet Salmon, Atlantic, Wild
1 serving Cooking Spray 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Grilled Salmon with Korean BBQ Glaze

  1. Prepare grill

  2. Combine first 5 ingredients. Rub or brush brown sugar mixture evenly on fillets.

  3. Place fish on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness. Yields 6 servings.
