Grilled Salmon recipe that can be cooked on a George Foreman Grill or an outdoor grill.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Salmon with Flavored Butter (Cook This, Not That pg 178)

2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tbsp minced chives
1/2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
20 oz salmon fillet

Recipe Directions for Grilled Salmon with Flavored Butter (Cook This, Not That pg 178)

  1. Salmon Fillets should be 4-6 oz each.

  2. Lemon Juice is juice of 1 fresh lemon.

  3. Mix the butter, chives, ginger, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Set aside.

  4. Preheat grill or grill pan. Season the salmon w/ salt & pepper and rub w/ oil. Wipe the grill grates clean and rub with a paper towel dipped in oil. Add the salmon skin side down and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the skin is lightly charred and crisp.

  5. Flip the fish and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes until the flesh flakes with gentle pressure from your finger but is still slightly translucent (medium).

  6. Serve with a generous spoonful of the flavored buter, which should begin to melt on contact.
