Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Salmon with Cilantro Sauce

1 1/2 lbs salmon
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped

Recipe Directions for Grilled Salmon with Cilantro Sauce

  1. Preheat grill for high heat.

  2. Lightly grease one side of large sheet of aluminum foil. Place salmon on the greased side of foil.

  3. Mix cilantro and jalapeno in melted butter. When cilantro is melted, drizzle butter mixture over salmon.

  4. Place foil with salmon on grill. Season with Old Bay, if desired. Cook 15 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with fork.
