A deliciously tasting potato salad for summer.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Rosemary Potato Salad

1 1/2 lb red potatoes
5 T olive oil
1 T rosemary
2 T red wine vinegar
2 t dijon mustard
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 cup green onions

Recipe Directions for Grilled Rosemary Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling water for 5-9 minutes or until barely tender.

  2. Heat grill. Combine 2 T olive oil and rosemary in small bowl. Thread potatoes on skewers and brush with rosemary oil. Grill covered for 10 min or until tender and slightly charred. Turning occasionally.

  3. Meanwhile whisk 3 T olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Add potatoes and toss with green onions. Serve warm
