Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Rosemary Ginger Leg of Lamb

2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. minced rosemary
4 tbsp. finely minced ginger
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. black pepper
4 lbs. boneless leg of lamb

Recipe Directions for Grilled Rosemary Ginger Leg of Lamb

  1. preheat grill to high heat

  2. combine oil and rosemary. mix well. add ginger and garlic. mix until blended into a paste. add sat and pepper

  3. slather lamb with paste. liberally coat.

  4. place lamb fat-side up on roasting rack and place rack in shallow pan.

  5. place lamb on grill.

  6. turn grill down to low heat after 10 minutes. grill lamb until desired doneness is reached.
