Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Proscuitto Asparagus Wraps

1/2 lb fresh asparagus, washed & trimmed (12 spears)
3 oz proscuitto, cut in half (6 slices)
1 T balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Grilled Proscuitto Asparagus Wraps

  1. Wash and trim the asparagus

  2. Slice proscuitto in half

  3. Wrap the stalk of each asparagus in 1/2 piece of proscuitto, press meat together

  4. Grill for 3-4 minutes

  5. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar

  6. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese, if desired
