This is mom's grilled potatoes, Yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Potatoes

6 potatoes, cubed
1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp onion, minced

Recipe Directions for Grilled Potatoes

  1. Remove skins from the potatoes, then cut into cubs

  2. Place into a tin foil pan then add the butter, garlic, and the onions.

  3. Cover with tin foil and then place on the top rack of the grill, cover the lid to the grill and shake every 5 minutes.

  4. Cook for about an hour.
