Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Potatoes

2 small potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch slices
1/4 stick melted butter

Recipe Directions for Grilled Potatoes

  1. Preheat and grease grill.

  2. Boil potatoes in water for 6 minutes, until slightly cooked but raw in center. Strain potatoes in a colander.

  3. Place potato slices on grill. Using a pastry brush, apply butter and sprinkle each slice with whatever seasoning your prefer.

  4. Grill potatoes slices for 4 to 5 minutes and flip slices, repeating with butter and seasoning. Cook until grilled through.
