Some extra olive oil may be used to coat the potatoes but will drip off in the grill.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled potato salad

3 cup chopped raw Yukon Gold Potatoes
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 serving Montreal Steak Grill Mates Seasoning
2 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
2 fruit (2-7/8" dia) Oranges
1 small Onions
4 cup Arugula
2 tbsp Vinegar red wine

Recipe Directions for Grilled potato salad

  1. Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices and toss with half of the olive oil, the rosemary, and the grill seasoning. Grill the potatoes.

  2. Combine the red onions, oranges, red wine vinegar, and the rest of the olive oil. Add the potatoes.

  3. When ready to serve, toss with the arugula.
