Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Portobella's

10 oz. portobella mushrooms
6 oz. goat cheese
1 tbsp fresh basil
1 oz. bacon
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic
1/2 yellow onion
4 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Grilled Portobella's

  1. mix cheese, grilled garlic and onion, basil, and bacon in small bowl, may need to break up cheese

  2. Scoop out stem and gills of mushroom

  3. grill mushroom caps

  4. fill mushroom with cheese mix put back on grill cap side up and cover 3-5 minutes.
