Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Portabella Mushroom Sandwich

3 oz portobello Mushroom Cap
1/2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1/2 clove Garlic
2 oz Roasted Red Peppers
1 roll+ Deli Flat

Recipe Directions for Grilled Portabella Mushroom Sandwich

  1. From allrecipes.com:

  2. "Clean mushrooms. Place caps on a plate with the gills up.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the oil, onion, garlic and vinegar. Pour mixture evenly over the mushroom caps and let stand for 1 hour.

  4. Grill over hot grill for 10 minutes. Serve immediately". Grill any extra onions and put the mushrooms, half of one of the roasted red pepper (cut flat), and the grilled onions on the sandwich bread.
