Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Pork Chops w/Pineapple Relish

2 tbs lime juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tbs garlic
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
2 cups pineapple
800 g pork chops

Recipe Directions for Grilled Pork Chops w/Pineapple Relish

  1. Take 8-10 1" thick chops and place in plastic container. Mix lime juice, soy sauce, pineapple juice, and garlic in separate bowl and then pour over chops. Allow to marinade for 1-2 hours.

  2. Spread chopped pineapple, pepper, and onion on a baking sheet and place under broiler for 7 minutes or so until pineapple begins to brown, set aside.

  3. Grill chops on preheated grill 5-7 minutes each side, reserve marinade. Take reserved marinade and place in pan over medium high heat, add broiled pineapple mixture, bring to a boil. Boil several minutes, spoon over grilled chops.
