Grilled Polenta Recipe

Delicious and cheesy. Serve with a colourful chilli salsa!

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Polenta

5 (or more) cups water
1 1/4 cups polenta
2 tsp dried chili
1/4 cup margarine
2 tbsp dill
2 tbsp coriander leaves
3 oz mozarella

Recipe Directions for Grilled Polenta

  1. Cook the polenta in a pot with the water and chili.

  2. When the polenta is thick and bubbly, add the remaining ingredients.

  3. Pour into a baking dish and chill overnight.

  4. Cut into triangles and grill until those pretty little grill marks appear.
