Grilled Peaches for a healthy dessert

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Peaches

4 Peaches, ripe but firm
1 tsp Olive Oil
4 ounces Raspberries, fresh
2 ounces Raspberries, frozen
1 ounce Dark Chocolate

Recipe Directions for Grilled Peaches

  1. 1. Split the ripe peaches brush with the olive oil and dust each half with the dessert rub

  2. 2. Place the peaches cut side down on a medium hot grill and cool for 1 to 2 minutes until they just start to caramelize

  3. 3. Turn and cook on the skin side for about 1 minute

  4. 4. Remove from the grill and set aside to cool

  5. 5. Top plate place two grilled peach halves on a plate sprinkle a quarter of the raspberries over the peaches

  6. 6. Drizzle 2 tbsp of the raspberry puree over each plate

  7. 7. Garnish each of the plates by grating the chocolate over the entire plate
