1/4 tbs sea salt

Recipe Directions for Grilled Montreal Rib Eye

  1. Slightly rub your rib eye with salt and leave out to reach room temperature. This will cause the juices to come to the surface and will cook best when warm.

  2. Preheat grill to get hot, when grill is hot turn one side down low

  3. Place the rib eye on the low side. Cooking at a lower heat helps stop the fats from becoming damaged

  4. Cook to liking let rest for 3 to 5 minutes
