Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Mexi-cheese

1/2 cup cheese, mexican 4 cheese
2 slices bread, wheat
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Grilled Mexi-cheese

  1. butter one side of each slice of bread.

  2. Place one slice butter side down on a skillet.

  3. Put cheese ontop of the slice.

  4. Put other bread slice ontop of cheese butter side up.

  5. Grill. Flip carefully. Grill some more
