Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Marinated Vegetables

1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 large Onions
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.67 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.33 cup Vinegar balsamic
1 tsp, leaves Basil, Dried
1 tsp Garlic
1/4 tsp Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Grilled Marinated Vegetables

Combine Oil, Vinegar, Basil, Garlic, Salt and Pepper and set aside. Chop vegetables so they will cook evenly or to go on skewers. Toss vegetables in marinade and allow to soak for 3-4 hours tossing occasionally. Grill vegetables until fork tender.
