Grilled Marinated Sirloin with roasted potatos/

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Marinated Sirloin with roasted potatos

4 ozs sirloin steak
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp tomato puree
1/2 clove garlic
1 pinch of oregano
1 pinch dried mixed herbs
100 g potato
1 clove garlic
1 tbs olive oil
1 pinch italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Grilled Marinated Sirloin with roasted potatos

  1. Place sirloin in shallow dish.

  2. Combine vinegar, tomato puree, oregano, italian seasoning and minced garlic clove.

  3. Spread evenly over steak and allow to stand for 30 minutes.

  4. Grill steak 4 - 5 inches from heat source for 4 minutes per side.

  5. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.

  6. Scrub the potato and cut in half lengthwise.

  7. Cut each half into 4 wedges and place in a shallow baking dish.

  8. Combine the oil, minced garlic clove and italian seasoning and brush the potatoes lightly with some of the oil mixture.

  9. Bake for about 1 hour untiul tender and golden brown, brushing with oil every 15 minutes.
