Grilled shrimp for BBQ or use as part of a stir fry Uses 1 cup of olive oil for marinade but estimate only uses 3 servings of olive oil once marinade is discarded

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Marinated Shrimp

16 oz Shrimp
0.25 cup Parsley
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
6 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper, Tabasco
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Unico Tomato Paste
0.5 tablespoon Oregano
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Grilled Marinated Shrimp

  1. in mixing bowl, mix 1 cup of olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, hot sauce, minced garlic, tomatoe paste, hot saue, oregano, salt and pepper

  2. Reserve a small amount for basting

  3. Pour remaining incregients inot large resealable plastic bag with shrimp

  4. Seal and marinate for 2 hours

  5. Thread shrimp onto skewers and discard marinade

  6. BBQ 5 min per side, basing with reserved marinade
