Yummy pan-grilled lobster and tilapia!

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Lobster Tail & Tilapia

8 oz lobster tail
8 oz tilapia
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup vegetable broth

Recipe Directions for Grilled Lobster Tail & Tilapia

  1. Marinate tilapia for 20-30 minutes in veg broth, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and lemon juice.

  2. Pour some marinade in bottom of non-stick skillet to coat.

  3. Over medium-high heat, grill on both sides approx. 3 minutes.

  4. Remove and set on serving plate.

  5. Add more marinade to skillet.

  6. Add lobster tail and top w/ the rest of the marinade.

  7. Cook 3-5 minutes per side.

  8. Add to serving dish and enjoy w/ Stuffed Zucchini recipe.
