This recipe comes from two different recipes I put together to come up with an orange-flavored honey-grilled chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Honey-Ginger Chicken Breasts

2 serving Chicken Breast Fillets Boneless Skinless
1 1/2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 oz Distilled White Vinegar
2 oz Orange Juice from Concentrate with Calcium Juice
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1/4 tsp Ginger, Ground
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Grilled Honey-Ginger Chicken Breasts

  1. Combine the orange juice, garlic, vinegar, honey, ginger, onions, olive oil to make a marinade.

  2. Place the chicken breasts into a zipper seal bag.

  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts, squeeze out the excess air and seal.

  4. Transfer the baggie to the refrigerator and allow the chicken to marinate for 3 to 4 hours.

  5. Prepare a grill or grill pan by spraying with a bit of canola cooking spray, then get it very hot.

  6. Remove chicken from the marinade.

  7. Broil or grill 3 to 4 minutes per side, until it is tender and fully cooked.
