Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich

2 slice wheat bread
2 slice kraft singles, fat free
1/2 tbs smart balance light
5 7/10 grams honey ham

Recipe Directions for Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich

  1. Take two slices of Sara Lee's light wheat bread (45 cals each) and spread a little bit of butter on one side of both slices.

  2. Heat a non stick skillet and add the remaining butter.

  3. Place the cheese in between the non buttered sides of the breads. Take one slice of Land O Frost honey ham and put it in between the cheese.

  4. Make sure you spread the butter as it melts on the skillet. Once it's all melted take the sandwich and place it down on its buttered side. With a spatula gently press it down once then flip over after one side is grilled. Repeat until cheese is melted.
