Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Grouper with Mustard Glaze

1 fillet Grouper, Mixed Species
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 serving Lemon Juice, ReaLemon Brand
0.33 tbsp Unsalted Butter
0.5 tsp, ground Basil, Dried

Recipe Directions for Grilled Grouper with Mustard Glaze

  1. 1-1/2 pounds fresh Grouper (2 fillets)

  2. 1-1/2 teaspoons unsalted butter

  3. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  4. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  5. 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried

  6. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Cut into four 6-ounce portions, if necessary. In a small saucepan heat butter, lemon, mustard and basil over low heat until the butter is melted. Brush both sides of the fish with some mustard mixture. Grill the fish on the lightly oiled rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium heat 8-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, carefully turning fish over after 5 minutes. Brush fish occasionally with the remaining mustard mixture while grilling

  7. Can be made with any "grilling" type of fish
