Grilled shrimp with garlic and thyme

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Garlic Shrimp

220 grams Shrimp, Mixed Species
6 clove Garlic
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 tsp Thyme, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Grilled Garlic Shrimp

  1. Chop garlic and thyme and put into ziploc bag with the olive oil.

  2. Add shrimp and squish around until shrimp is well coated.

  3. Let sit in the marinade for at least 30 minutes

  4. Skewer shrimp and grill a couple minutes per side, until they turn pink.
