Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Flank Steak with Corn,Black Bean and Avocado Salad

16 oz raw Flank Steak
1 clove Garlic
1 large ear, raw Corn Sweet
1/2 medium Avocado
1 cup Black Beans
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Grilled Flank Steak with Corn,Black Bean and Avocado Salad

  1. Marinate steak in Garlic & Lime juice

  2. Combine other ingredients in bowl and set aside

  3. Grill steak 5 minutes each side remove from grill

  4. After 5 minutes cut steak in thin strips

  5. lay 3.5 oz of steak on plate and cover with 1/2 cup of salad
