3 ounces beef tenderloin
1/2 cup sliced onions
1 c bell peppers, green and red
1/2 cup sliced carrots
2 garlic cloves
1 t olive oil
1 corn tortilla

Recipe Directions for Grilled Fajitas

Saute 3 ounces chicken breast, pork or beef tenderloin, 1/2 cup sliced onions, 1 c green and red bell peppers, 1/2 cup sliced carrots, and 2 garlic cloves in 1 t olive oil. Serve over 1 corn tortilla.
