6 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
3/4 cup red onion
1/2 cup jalapeno
10 red potatoes
3 ears corn

  1. wisk first six ingredents, add pinch salt and pepper.

  2. Boil potatos for 20min, cool, peel. Meanwhile broil corn till blackend on all sides, cool and discard husks and silks, and Slice corn from cobs.
