Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken and veggies Rotini with Roasted garlic olive oil dressing

450 grams rotini
3 tomatoes
450 grams Marrow
1 Eggplant
2 onions
4 cloves garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
395 grams chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/3 cup parmesan

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken and veggies Rotini with Roasted garlic olive oil dressing

  1. Boil Pasta as per directions

  2. Grill Chicken on BBQ

  3. Grill veggies on BBQ (garlic wrapped in tinfoil)

  4. Dice Chicken and veggies, put in a bowl

  5. crush roasted garlic, mix with oilve oil, salt, pepper and oregano

  6. pour over dressing over Chicken and veggies

  7. Add pasta to chicken and veggies, mix gently

  8. Add cheese to your liking
