Grilled Chicken and Veggie Panini to add to any flat bread, torrilla or regular bread

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken and Veggie Panini

3 red peppers
1 large onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp olive oil
600 g chicken breast
6 oz cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken and Veggie Panini

  1. sautee onion and peppers in 1 tbsp olive oil

  2. grill chicken with a dash of salt

  3. slice chicken into strips

  4. shred cheese

  5. layer chicken, veggies, cheese and sauce of choice onto choice of bread, tortilla, pita or flat bread

  6. brush each side with olive oil

  7. grill on panini press for approx 2min.
