Easy and Delicious grilled chicken salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Salad

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon dried oregano
4 cups baby spinach
1/4 cup onion
1 tomato
1 carrot
6 mushrooms, sliced
1 cup celery

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken Salad

  1. Heat a skillet or frying pan on medium heat.

  2. Cut chicken into strips as best as possible

  3. place the strips into a bowl and add olive oil.

  4. mix until well covered with oil. Add Season All and mix until all coated.

  5. Sprinkle Oregano over chicken and mix until all pieces are evenly coated.

  6. Place in pan, with no pieces touching one another and cook 3-5 minutes each side until a golden brown.

  7. Place on top of a fresh green salad of your choice. Sprinkle with some lemon juice for dressing and enjoy.

  8. I just added my favorite veggies to show the nutritional value of the meal as a salad. :)
