0.5 oz Shallots
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
0.25 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
0.5 tsp Garlic
0.25 oz Oregano

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken and Roasted Tomato Salsa (Salsa)

  1. Drizzlie EVOO on diced tomatoes and bake at 400* for 25 minutes.

  2. Dice rest of ingredients and add tomatoes.

  3. Serve over chicken.

  4. S&P optional.
