Grilled Chicken in Spicy marinate with fried vegetables and rice

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken and Rice

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tomato, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp lime juice
325 g Chicken Breast, Grilled
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 pepper, Chopped
1/2 Onion, Chopped
100 g Basmati Rice

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken and Rice

  1. Mix the oil, chilli powder, tomatoes, garlic and lime juice and coat the chicken breast, leave in the fridge for 1 hour.

  2. Then grill the chicken, boil the rice and quick fry the vegetables and server.
